Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger defends his snood-wearing boys saying that it helps them in preventing injuries.

Number of Gunners are wearing neckwarmer, including Marouane Chamakh and Samir Nasri. Wenger said on the official website, “I get advice from the medical team – that’s why we let them wear them.”

On Monday, Manchester United host Arsenal.

Earlier, Old Trafford boss Sir Alex Ferguson said, “Real men don’t wear snoods.”

Rio Ferdinand, the defender of United Man tweeted, “U won’t see a Man Utd player wearing a snood.”

The time Man Uni and Gunners meet on Monday, Chelsea could top the league if they win on Sunday at Tottenham. Moreover, if the Manchester City scores eight unanswered goals on Saturday against West Ham then they can rise to the summit.

This season, so far the united are unbeaten. They have won eight matches and drawn the rest seven.
