Yesterday, 26-year-old Morocco was handed his copetitive debut against Liverpool, which was a 1-1 draw. He rose to the occasion in the match by forcing Pepe Reina’s mistake in equalising the goal.

Chamakh enjoyed against centre-backs Martin Skrtel and Jamie Carragher for 90-minute.

Wenger, was quoted on the official site of Arsenal lauding the ex-Bordeaux man’s lack of fear.

The Gunners’ boss said, “Chamakh showed with the goal that he is not frightened to put his head and body in. That is exactly what the league is all about and that is what we love here”

In this Premier League Arsenal need to play excellent soccer as the club has not won a trophy after 2005.
