‘Secret Agreement’ Between Arsenal And Barcelona Over Cesc Fabregas: Report Mundo Deportivo

The Catalan sports newspaper in a shocking statement said that Arsenal and Barcelona have agreed on the transfer of Cesc Fabregas. The paper claimed that the deal was close to become reality and Arsenal public announcement against selling the 23 year old Spanish captain is not a rigid decision.

The paper also said the agreement between two clubs is in a silent way and carried out with extreme discretion. It said that earlier also Barca president Sandro Rosell took left back Adriano from Sevilla. That was his first signing for the club.

Cesc Fabregas left Barcelona at the age of 16 and joined Arsenal youth section. However, Mundo Deportivo said that the Barca president won’t pay more 45 million euros (58.27 million dollars) to Arsenal. The paper also claimed that the official declaration of transfer will happen before the weekend of this month.

In a recent poll conducted by the sports paper indicated that only 18 percent of readers believed that Cesc would return to Barca not before the end of July. Meanwhile, another 45 percent believed that he would return in August, while 37 percent said he would retain with Arsenal.

Another paper Rival daily Sport said that the Spanish captain was dissapointed with Gunner’s manager Arsene Wenger for breaking his promise of allowing him to return to Barca in May.
