Sergio Busquets of Barcelona said recently that he would like to see Cesc Fabregas alongside him in the midfield at Camp Nou.

He said, “He (Fabregas) is a great player that would add a lot to the team,” Busquets told reporters. But we have to respect that he is owned by another club that is not Barcelona, that he is an Arsenal player and, for the time being, there’s nothing to be done.”

For Fabregas Arsenal has already turned down £29 million offer and he has been a target for Barcelona little earlier.

Arsenal bass Wenger is determined to hang onto Fabregas. The 23-year-old has 5 years left to run on his contract at the Emirates.

The interest of Barca and Sergio Busquets on Fabregas is not so surprising because he has been the 25th best player in European football last season according to Castrol Football.
