Gunners have again reignited interest in Fiorentina Goalkeeper Sebastien Frey who has a tough choice if the England club buys him in this season.

It has been reported that Arsenal has taken interest a new contract for French goalkeeper, who has been targeted long by the manager Arsene Wenger.

However, from the inside source it is reported that Frey is not interested leaving the club in spite of the fact that a recent arrival of shot stopper Artur Boruc. Chief Executive Sandro Mencucci cleared the air on Tuesday when he addressed the Italian media about the Boruc’s arrival in the club will change the position of Frey. He said that French goalkeeper is not for sale as of now.

Boruc also wants to be the first choice of goalkeeper for the Viola and categorically made it clear that he would not settle playing second fiddle to Frey, who has been playing quite good football for years and become a reliable stopper for the Viola.

Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic still to decide his first choice goalkeeper in midst of all tussle. The new coach is still to get hold of players and situation as the former coach Cesare Prandelli left behind.
