Arsenal Laurent Koscielny Says He Will Adopt With Premier League Fast
Arsenal new defender Laurent Koscielny says he would love the physical exhaustion of Premier and League and won’t be a cannon fodder against Premier League giants. The physical side of Premier League takes a toll on the body of players as they play huge number of games every session, but new boy Laurent says he loves the physical side of the game.
Arsenal latest defender believes that his strength lies in the air and he can read the game well. He is understanding the philosophy of Arsenal football and also add a silver of steel to the Arsenal defense.
The French international has joined Arsenal recently just 12 months after leaving Ligue 2 side Tours. He has risen to a great prominence in a recent time and said that he was ready for all tests in the cut-and-thrust of the Premier League.
“I like physical challenges and I’m a player that can anticipate situations.” said Koscielny.
“I feel that I read the game well and one of my strengths is challenging for the ball in the air. However, being at Arsenal, I know that I will have to work harder on all of those points to reach a higher level.”
Among the new members, the French defender and Marouane Chamakh are the most prominent one who are likely to appear at Emirates Stadium in the Emirates Cup.
“I’m excited about seeing the supporters and stadium for the first time and I am very motivated and confident for the Emirates Cup.” The French defender said.
