Arsene Wenger says at the time of leaving the club he will not be a part of the selection process of his successor as the boss of Arsenal.

Wenger is now the longest-serving manager in the history of Arsenal. Last week he celebrated his 13th anniversary of taking in-charge of Arsenal.

On the official website of the Arsenal, boss Wenger says, “I have a very strong relationship with this club. But I always believe the most important thing in the club is that everybody does what he is paid for and not the rest.”

He added that if the club consults him then he will give an opinion but he will not take anyone’s name as the next manager because that is not his job and he would not like to do anything additional to his job.

Wenger says that when he will leave this Club some day then he opts to leave it in fantastic shape and give the next new manager an opportunity to do better.
