Arsene Wenger said this is the right time that his young players’ squad should deliver their promises and hence bring some silverware this season to the Emirates.

At a press conference Wenger said, “I believe this team has a big future… It’s not the first time I say that but we know.”

He also added his team has improved the belief as well as the results though it is a fact that they have not won anything yet.

He mentions, “It’s all in front of us and that’s what we want to show this season.”

The boss feels that his team at his disposal is the most attack-minded, possibly, and he has coached during his time in north London.

Wenger further said, “In terms of goalscoring potential, certainly… We have shown that up to now and there are still some offensive players who have not [been able to] contribute yet, like Samir Nasri and Theo Walcott… Eduardo and Carlos Vela have not played many games; Vela has not played many games and they can all score goals.”

Wenger is very enthused at this time by working with the team that have attacking players and he does not will of retiring soon.

He says that he wound never want to stop. He adds that as long as he is healthy, he would want to work as long as he lives but he will adapt it to his own potential.

“It doesn’t always need to be physical work, it can be more intellectual. You cannot be 75 and on the pitch, although someone like Giovanni Trapattoni has done well.”
