Arsenal offered 8m plus Senderos, Melo made it clear he wanted to leave, Fiorentina didn't think it was enough and have since asked Melo to remain loyal (in a sense of signing a new contract to put the get out fee at a lot higher than it previously was) he signed a year extension and got approx half a mill signing on fee, now the get out fee is higher arsenal have had to offer more cash and are trying to throw in Eboue as part of the deal which Firoentina are not interested in as they have other targets to replace Melo, namely Veloso...Expect Arsenal to complete the signing tail end of next week. ;-) I’ll give you an exclusive right now!!
