While you were refreshing arsenal.com relentlessly, Vermaelen had arrived, was taking looks around his new surroundings and posed for countless snap-shots with just about anyone (including his wife on the Emirates Stadium pitch) and anywhere at Arsenal’s ground.

I’m starting to think that we don’t have that bad of a team, and Arsene might be onto something when he says he wants to keep this team together but bring in another few players.
In my mind we for sure need a CDM , but I keep going back and forth with the sale of Ady, I think the biggest thing we need to do is get players in a settled spot and let them play that spot every game.

Like most of Arsene’s signings, he will flop big time. What we need is some english players. We should have got lesscot and M Richard. Without english players this team will not succeed. Everyone knows that english players are superior in the premier league just look at Manchester United and Chelsea. Please arsenal board get rid of wenger and all of his players and get us Martin O’Neil and some english players.
